Sony Xperia Z1S - Mini Z1 or Z1 LTE?

 A mysterious new Sony phone has appeared in the media today and so far it is only known as the Sony Xperia Z1S. The names that these phones have are certainly not very creative, but either way that's all we got on the official name so far. Anyway, it is unknown  what this phone is exactly  and what its purpose on the market is. Some are saying that this is the long-awaited mini Z1, while others think that this is just a LTE (4G) version of the current flagship device. Anyway, before we continue, have a look at the press photo of the Z1S!

 We are more inclined to thin that this is actually an international version of the Xperia Z1f which is a mini Z1 that was recently released in Japan. However, do not allow the word "mini" to confuse you! While this does refer to the size and weight of the device, it doesn't have anything to do with the specs and hardware of the product.

 If this is indeed the Z1f, then you can expect it to feature the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset as well as the amazing 20.1 Mpx camera running with Sony G Len. The display of this device has a diagonal of 4.3 inches which means that it is quite smaller and much more portable and lighter. If you are someone who wants a powerful device, but doesn't need a large screen then this is a fairly good choice and certainly something worth keeping on your radar!
